Las Adelitas (2023)
Antonio and Luisa, up and coming directing duo, dream of making a film that honors the soldaderas, women of the Mexican Revolution known as “Las Adelitas”. As Antonio veers further from their vision, strange things begin to happen. Three Spirits, based on the real Adelitas, will take Antonio on a journey to explore the present, past, and future, guiding him back to the real story of the Adelitas, a story full of hope, courage, and resilience.

The Play You Want (2023)
The Play You Want is a comedy that explores the divide between exploitation and acceptance – Fed up by the theatre world’s desires to box him in, Mexican playwright Bernardo Cubria sarcastically pitches Nar-Cocos, a play about drug dealers on Día de los Muertos. Much to his surprise, the Public Theatre picks it up. With financial pressures mounting and a newborn at home, this is his chance at commercial success. But when Scott Rudin offers him a Broadway run on the condition he further exploits his identity and the headlines, he must decide just how much he’s willing to compromise in order to finally be accepted.

Semillas (2023)
Based on the true story of Juan Carlos, a young man, born in a tiny Spanish village, who is filled with dreams to embrace all humanity. Face to face with the terrible reality of forest fires, Juan Carlos decides to abandon his 9 to 5 job to dedicate his life to reforestation. With the support of family and friends, Juan Carlos and his wife Gloria create a way to use technology and intelligent seeds to reforest lands devastated by wildfires. They begin this adventure with the help of Hermano Enrique, a monk with a green thumb, and together they form CO2 Revolution to restore the forests of the world.

An adaptation of Sophocles’ Antigone, set in modern day, near the U.S.-Mexico border. This work centralizes themes of immigration and families affected by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy.

Space Rangers (2022)
Set entirely on Zoom, Space Rangers is a play about Paul Rogers, a young man with a plan for how perfect concentration can lead to bulging balance sheets. But he’s about to encounter Omar, a Space Ranger who encourages him to speculate about the real nature of God, and Marcia, a mysterious woman who dwells somewhere in the Cosmos and claims that she’s…his “life.” So Paul is unknowingly about to embark on just such an adventure. And he thinks his fondest dream is coming true!

Body Awareness (2019)
Body Awareness tells the story of a psychology professor named Phyllis who lives in Vermont with her partner Joyce and Joyce’s son from a previous marriage, Jared. Jared displays some symptoms of Asperger’s syndrome but refuses to be examined by a therapist. When a photographer named Frank comes to stay with the women as a houseguest, he brings tension into Phyllis and Joyce’s home and relationship.

From Chamber Theatre Productions. Enore!!, is a national children’s touring show featuring 6 different children’s classics: The Raven, The Tell-Tale Heart, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, The Moneky’s Paw, The Necklace and The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County. Over 5 months, the tour performed in 24 states and 65 cities.

SHAKESPEARE
David Remple is no stranger to the bard’s works. His first Shakespeare role was in his junior year at the University at Buffalo, playing the title role of Prospero in The Tempest.
David continued to pursue his passion for acting outside of college, performing in Off-Off Broadway productions as Don Juan (The Stone Guest), Malcolm (Macbeth), and Lord Stanley (Richard III) at the American Theatre of Actors in New York City.
He went on to perform in Waterbury, Connecticut, as Mark Antony (Julius Caesar) and Thurio (Two Gentleman of Verona) for Shakesperience Productions.
Afterwards, David performed for the Woodstock Shakespeare Festival in Woodstock, New York, as Bassanio (The Merchant of Venice), Adam (The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged) and Romeo (Romeo and Juliet).
